Chef Thomas O'Malley
Grew up in Dublin, Ireland, and attended culinary school in his native city.
He worked for hotels and restaurants throughout Ireland before coming to this country in 2000 and accepting the position of head chef at Molly Darcy's. He's been with the restaurant since its opening in 2000.
O'Malley specializes in traditional Irish and French fare.
